When will I get my order?

The items available on bmfi.shop are on demand products, printed through a third party vendor, Printful. Printful handles orders, printing, and shipping. This helps us keep a lower carbon footprint and keep our staff focused on providing the best theater-going experience they can.

All net proceeds will support Bryn Mawr Film Institute and our film and education programs.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Please note, we cannot fulfill returns in person at the theater.
